• A history of investing in similar or related types of businesses as the planned target opportunity
• EBITDA and industry criteria that overlap with our typical investment features
• A willingness to be involved at the board or advisory level beyond only providing capital
• We are flexible on the balance between debt and equity capital but prefer all institutional partners demonstrate their desire to invest a meaningful amount of equity alongside other investors
• Enough capital to make initial and future investments in a portfolio company

• Understands the risk/reward opportunities and illiquid nature of private investments
• Interest or willingness to serve as a specific company advisor or provide industry expertise in certain cases
